  Very dissatisfied with their work. Luckily the wood itself is gorgeous but had to hire someone else to come and finish the job of trimming and painting and even the door threshold. Also had to clean up all the carpet bits left after a carpet replace myself. I wish I had known that the job does NOT include the complete package. Make sure you know exactly what you are buying when you order an install because you will be left surprised with more work to get completed and everyone pointing fingers like that's not my job.
