  We were very pleased with the selection and prices and ALL the staff at Home Rec. From our purchase, to delivery to set up, we could not be happier. Thank you Pam and everyone for working with us!! FIVE STARS :-)) We will definitely be back for more fun stuff!!

  Worst possible experience!! I am a business owner myself and I would never treat a customer as I have been treated. Called and put a deposit on a machine; was told 2 weeks to be ready. Website states free delivery with no mention of distance area, so I agreed to come pick it up (should have been a warning sign). Never heard back, so I called again. Machine is still not ready and was told by the owner that the sales lady never told me 2 weeks (was buying it for a birthday gift in 3 weeks so why would I have ordered it if it was not going to be available?!). Said he would have it ready the following weekend for me to pickup and they would call; I agreed to wait. Another week, then 2, goes by and no call to pick up the machine. I call again. The lady told me the machine is still having problems and they cannot fix it but will deliver free of charge for my inconvience. (It is now 3 weeks past my daughter's birthday). Waited another week and still heard nothing from them. Sent the owner a text message and he responded that he will NOT be pushed by customers when they are getting free delivery. I said pushed?! The machine was supposed to have been ready over a month ago and I am pushing you?! He said yes the free delivery is only when he has a delivery in my area again (I live 3 hours away; it could take months for someone else to need a delivery my way!) I told him that I was never told that and why would I agree to that? He said he didn't want my business and that I needed to call for a refund (umm, they should call me!). Out of town buyers beware: bad customer service and obviously cannot fix a pinball machine. Or, as I bet this case really is, they sold my machine to someone else and are trying to find one to replace it and cannot find one, so they keep making excuses. Either way, this was a horrible, awful experience. Got proof in text messages if anyone wishes to read them. Wish I could post them online for everyone to see!!
