Staff was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to let me know all my options and gave great advice on how to care for my ring. Will def be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos was great in giving me answers about my repair and was very knowledgable, if I had dealt with only him I probably would have felt better about my ring and been given better options. Unfortunately we dealt with Ariel and I advise you not to. Throughout our selection process she kept telling us that she would give us the sale price, the ring we chose was originally $4.2k. We happily bought my engagement ring with confidence in Ariel and her expertise. Later on that night we looked at the paperwork (because I was having an allergic reaction to the ring). Well, after looking over the paperwork we were shocked. Ariel had sold us the ring for $3,779, then added on made up charges that ended up costing us more than the ring itself which totaled at $4,4xx, more than the original price! We couldnt figure out what those charges meant and neither could Carlos. Ariel also told us that our payments would be $136, after all of her madeup charges, it would cost us $155. When I returned the ring the following morning (due to the allergic reaction) and Carlos looked over the paperwork, he stated, "Look at this paperwork and see whats wrong with it, we dont do that here." to another employee but I already knew what was wrong, Ariel is a conartist. Ariel is a disgrace to this store and should be fired for trying to get over on the customers, her work ethic and unprofessionalism belong on in a pawnshop on Tara Blvd. If she is working on the day that you go into this store, see someone else, not a professional conartist.
