  WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT THIS LOCATION. This location needs to step their customer service up or they're going to lose money and loyal customers. I walked in with a simple question and that was if I could switch over from a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to an iPhone. Whether it was possible or not, I should have not been talked to the way that I was. First the girl looked at me like I was stupid for even being in there asking the question, and then completely walks away from me while she's still talking to me and tells me "You're just gonna have to pay it off." And not another word. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! That whole conversation could have been handled in a completely different manner. Makes me want to even switch over to another carrier which I just might do. Must be nice to sit on your ass and still get a paycheck.
